As a born competitor and native Hoosier, it’s easy to see why Joel Spoon’s position as Principal Broker is a natural fit. Joel’s market knowledge, attention to follow-through, and good ole’ common sense are hallmarks of his success. When Joel isn’t building homes or directing the future of Spoon Real Estate, he can be found throwing around a football in the league he founded nearly 10 years ago. A devoted father of three, Joel has been actively involved in coaching athletic teams and volunteering at his children’s school functions.
As the daughter of a home-builder, Robyn brings years of experience to the home-buying process. She’s a natural when it comes to understanding clients’ needs, making her successful at educating home sellers and buyers on what to expect. When finding time off, Robyn’s likely to be cuddled up with a good book after a day of school fundraising, volunteering for church functions, or simply taking care of her family.
Tracy St. John
Tracy St. John possesses an enthusiastic attitude that complements the team’s equally eager spirit. As the group’s Construction Manager, Tracy’s open, friendly manner and attentive, organizational abilities enables the rest of the office to operate at peak performance. When work is over, you can find her cheering for one of her two boys at the baseball diamond, basketball court or archery shoot.
